The workers were excellent although one guy did most of the work in that boiling sun. I was mad at the outcome of my order because I sat down with the representative and told him what I wanted and unbeknowingly was given three options to choose from. I do not understand why I was given three options when I already told them what I wanted.The contracts that were sent out online for signature was so very hard to do. It was not user friendly. Fence was put up quick, looks good. Workers left a ton of rocks in the yard (I’d expect that to be cleaned up from the grass). 6 days in some panels blew out from an overnight storm, seems a little soon for that.
The installers were excellent. They came out and did a great job. Now that being said, dealing with the office was difficult there was no updates no communication. The statements from the salesperson about what was going to happen, did not happen. Some one was supposed to come out a week in advance and go over everything, so that when the installers arrrived, everyone was at 100% on what was taking place. The installers were very nice and cordial. The repair was done to perfection! Installers toook personal interest in the job and it was shown because something wasn’t just right they went back to the shop and came back to finish my job at 7:30 PM. They weren’t gonna let me go another day without the fence being repaired. True professionalism!
Ethan, Martin and Jarrett were extremely friendly and fun to be around.
The fence is very nice, but we had a problem with the installer, but the company came out and fixed the issue right away.
