I give the one star for the lack of communication from this company. Someone came out to take measurements for a fence as I have an ASD son who does not understand boundaries with neighbors yard. It's now over 3 weeks still have not gotten an estimate and after several calls placed by me and his advocacy organization, NO RESPONSE.
Had just the back side of the lot fenced...wood. Along came the winds and if it were not for the chainlink behind the wood, I believe our wood would have toppled. Come to find out, a subcontractor had not put the posts deep enough, nor poured cement around them. The subcontractor has been let go. Superior has agreed to replace the fence at no cost to us. You can always tell the true character of a person when it comes to their pocketbook. Superior Fence & Rail is SUPERIOR!
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Fence Superior. Dakota, who was supposed to oversee the installation, never followed up or ensured the work was completed properly or professionally. The first crew that came out was extremely rude and unprofessional. They left multiple panels with visible gaps, scratches, and uneven surfaces. One of the worst issues was a 4-inch gap on a gate post next to the house. When I requested it be fixed, I was told they had a “big job” to get to — as if my project didn’t matter... read more
The team showed up at 7:30 a.m. and immediately got to work. They tore down the old fence and loaded in the dumpster they already had at my house. I've never seen a quicker more professional job performed. By 3:30 everything was completed. I highly recommend this company.
Superior Fence and Rail team were prompt and on time, made sure they verified the fence enclosure area and where the gates would be installed and answered any questions we had. They lost no time in getting the fence started and installed. They were even good enough to deposit our spare dirt into an area in the yard that had started to wash away. The initial install of my fence took months. 5 months to be exact. Then within 30 days a board came loose at the bottom. Other boards begin to bow. I contacted the company in April and no one has came out to fix it.
