We had a partial fence replacement! We had some issues with the way it was originally installed but the staff (Cassie) at Superior Fence and Rail were very committed to making sure that we were satisfied and they sent out another gentleman to do some repairs and tweaks that needed addressing. His name was Steve and he was so kind and did such a wonderful job! He worked until it was finished even when it started to storm , he stayed out there and finished his work. The crew was great and finished a very large yard in one day. Only problem was they left some of the debris from cutting the vinyl fencing in the street & in the yard. Minor, so I would definitely recommend this company. Mike, the sales rep, was very polite & easy to work with and was available for any questions/ changes we had.
Great install on both wood and chain fence. Response and scheduling were prompt, and install was on time.
Great service. Dylan was a ease to work with. The dashboard keeps you up to date with when your fence will be installed. Company had a short notice opening, so my fence was able to be installed sooner. Project was done in two days and looks amazing. The installers were respectful and professional. Superior fencing and rail also quoted me less than three other companies in my area, and their quote included removal of the old fence. Great company to deal with!
Great work and really put the extra effort into only replacing what was necessary. Timeline from contract to install was very reasonable.
Great, fantastic and very, very pleased. This was a 3 day fencing project. The associates showed up on time every day.I was informed at all times about any needed adjustments.
