After receiving several estimates, we chose Superior Fence & Rail. Their estimate was the highest, but Jacqueline was very personable and professional. She sent me the estimate within 24hrs, and answered all my questions. I had a good feeling about the company so we chose them. Everyone we had contact with were great. Once the contract was signed, they supply a dashboard to keep you informed on the status of the project. The installers were exceptional and our fence looks perfect!
Really happy with Superior Fence & Rail. Quality materials, work and customer service. The team was extremely knowledgeable. It was a breeze working with our sales rep, Steve Camp, Jennifer Reese who helped with our HOA docs and Julio’s team with the install. Whole process only took a few weeks from the quotation process, HOA paperwork, permits and installation. Definitely would recommend the company for any fencing needs!
Quality workmanship was exhibited by the installation crew during the installation of our new fence. The crew leader, Jose, was very professional and accommodating to any questions I had during the process. Our sales representative, Caleb, also stopped by the job site to check on my satisfaction with the work. From the outset, my interaction with multiple people within the company has been very good. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the product and of the installation work.
Great experience! Great first impression with Caleb, then a very user friendly email generated process. Geni and his crew were on time and finished same day - fantastic work, everything looked great! Jonathan and Reygie were super helpful with the follow up final inspection process and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend!
They have the best communication across the board from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately and their process was very simple. Zak was my sales rep and was fantastic. Julio did my install and was fast and efficient!
