My sales rep Delisa was great from beginning to end. She listened to my concerns and requests and worked to make sure I would be satisfied. I was also able to contact her with additional questions as needed. She gave me a realistic installation date, but installation occurred weeks earlier than anticipated....another plus! I ordered Chestnut for the fence color. Derick the sales person entered Brown on the order form. This error was brought to his attention; he said he would change it. He did not. The fencing was delivered in Brown. When this was noticed 1/2 the fence was already installed. A reputable firm should compensate me.
Grant from Superior fence did an amazing job! He was thorough and hardworking with some of my challenging areas that he took on his own. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them for fencing needs! Highly recommend and Grant was awesome! Thank you!
