Let me start off by saying that our sales rep, Tom ,and the receptionist, Stephanie, were wonderful and tried to help us but it went beyond their control. This is about Sarasota location. When the installers first arrived on Friday to our house, they couldn't read the survey left by the sales rep and couldn't figure out the measurements so my husband had to go out and spend a good amount of time out there figuring it out for them. Cost me just as much damage as it did to get the fence. They didn’t put it where it was suppose to go, broke every irrigation water line in my yard and didn’t tell me and destroyed my plants and landscaping. The workers didn’t even undeestand English. Then they asked me to inspect my fence at night when it’s dark to sign off. Not to mention getting call backs from the office was horrible. Highly disappointed
The two-man crew that showed up to do the work seem confused. When I told them they were supposed to access the fence from my neighbors property which had been arranged previous to them arriving as well as on the work order. They were to straighten up 11 posts as well as 56 feet of fence for the work order. I had to reiterate this to them as they just were going to straighten up three posts. Seems like . Great looking fence; however the crew that installed was mediocre. They cut our EXPOSED and marked internet cable (which took several days to get repaired)…and it took them 3 days to install because they sat around so much the first 2 days. Loved sales though! Would probably opt to install ourselves if doing it again.

The bidder was very professional and gave us a good price and scheduled the installation fairly quickly. The installer, however, came on his own without a helper. Fence panels are extremely heavy and getting a good, proper, level installation really requires two people. I ended up helping the installer haul the fence panels to the backyard and held up panels while he screwed them in. The job was done quickly and is satisfactory. Left a 6 to 8 inch cap at the end of the fence and never installed the light on the gate like promised.

The fence is very nice, but we had a problem with the installer, but the company came out and fixed the issue right away.
