Not very professional work was done at first, owner came at the end and wanted to charge more for redoing what was done, I insisted not to pay a penny more. My advice to future customer is to be home when they’re working on the fence to catch the mistakes quicker. Also be carful cause the brothers will change their tone on you once things are not going their way.

Everyone at Superior Fence & Rail, Sarasota did a wonderful job. Tom,my salesman, truly went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went as planed. Stephanie and Gabriela, in the office, kept me up to date on all I needed to know concerning dates and times. They were most helpful with any questions I asked. The crew was talented. Excellent crew, did great job with install. Price was good compared to the other two bids.. Our HOA would use them again.
The people that put up the fence were wonderful. They did a great job however, the schedulers at your company I did not appreciate. They kept postponing and postponing and postponing dates giving me several different dates and I had to call THEM to find out.what was going on. I was not kept up-to-date with each postponement. It was very frustrating and the after approximately 16weeks, my fence finally went up.
We were very pleased with the couple that installed our fence. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything before they left. You should be proud to have them on your team. Bill and Anne George Venice
