Had fence installed on 11/21 and have been trying to get them to fix gates since 5/22. We visited the office and called and they give us a date and never show up.
The fence itself is beautiful. They did not follow our directions when installing and have cut out a big part of our property. I have since sent an email with no response. They had no problem emailing me, and contacting me any day or time when they hadn’t received their money. The man installing the fence even called my husband to clarify the exact location, as our property is angled differently, and he still didn’t do what we wanted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Home Depot sent us this company for a fence install. The person who wrote up our contract told us that the fence would be installed three weeks from the contract date. The contract date was April 27th. They call us trying to say they will come out to install June 9th, so on the 7th week after the contract was made. The finally changed it to May 29th, which is almost 6 weeks from the contract date still, so double the time we were told. We attempted to talk to the manager but Sherry, the person who... read more

Mr. ***** and I spoke and he was told that we are 4-6 weeks out and we have a signed contract dated April 27th and we are installing the Fence May 29th not really sure why there has been a BBB complaint, We never give out a date on installations as the salesguy cannot do that so there was never an indication of any dates of 3 week from signing, We endeavored to do this job as soon as possible and 1 month was as quick as we could do it,
