Trex fence looks good after one call back to have company fix vertical slats in one section that were crooked and not nailed in place at time of installation, but both a single gate and a double gate do not close properly. Company blames ground settling and gate posts moving and will not accept responsibility. I hesitate to believe that excuse because one of gate posts was out of alignment at time of installation. I had a great experience overall. I want to say that up front because I know so people expect perfection from start to finish with a 5 star review and my experience wasn’t perfect but it was good. The sales associate came out to my property twice and assured me that he would be with me through the entire project (it gets tiring explaining and re-explaining what it is that you want/need). Be careful with this company. They did the work originally when the homeowners didn't know they were coming and they made mistakes. Getting them back was a hassle and then again they made mistakes and we will have to end up finishing the fence ourselves. They have difficulty reading a plan, measuring footage and they break their own rules of having the homeowners there when they start the project. Watching them when they are working is the only way to go... that is if you know they are on your property!

Superior Fence & Rail built a very good looking, high quality 48" high iron fence for our backyard. The price was very reasonable; not nearly as expensive as some of the estimates we received from out fence companies. The fence is fully in compliance with the Anthem Ranch HOA covenants standards. The crew of three was very professional. They arrived on time, applied a methodic process in which each crew member knew what to do, completed the 113'-long fence and cleaned up by the end of the day. Manuel, owner of Denver's Superior Fence and Rail cannot be trusted. The fence is so poorly constructed and he is seemingly unwilling to make it right. I'd urge you to consider other fence companies and stay away from this scam.
