We had a very specific vision for what we wanted in our fence, and the sales team took the time to exchange photos and examples until we were all satisfied. The Installation team also ensured we were getting what we wanted every step of the way, and installed our custom steel gate perfectly. We were getting compliments from neighbors before the cleanup was even finished that the fence looked like it had always belonged there, which is exactly what we wanted.

We called Superior and they were able to set up an appointment to come give us a quote soon after we contacted them. Joe came out and was very nice and explained the different options to replace our existing fence. He quickly came up with a quote for 3 different options and emailed it to us within an hour of him being at our house. We decided to use Superior and we are so glad we did. The 3 guys who installed were wonderful, Jose, Alejandro and Noal. All of us had a great time together. They were very professional and gave me a great looking fence.I would recommend them and your company to anyone who wants a quality fence and installation .

Alex and his team were wonderful! They worked well together, and were so efficient despite the ridiculously high temperatures we had the day of our install. Super friendly, helpful and communication during throughout the day was great too. Cole, the install manager was great! When we had an issue arise, he was quick to find a resolution for us. Fence done right. A little tedious getting through the preliminaries. Scheduled before obtaining permit so had to be rescheduled. Had to teach their permit department how to obtain permit. But in the end we love it at a reasonable price.

Great experience from coordinating with the sales person (Brian) over several different fence plans to fast installation after the waiting period. The crew worked hard in super hot weather. Looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

Definitely would not recommend. First install date was cancelled due to weather after waiting over 16 weeks for materials. No one bothered to call and reschedule me. I had to call the office and request a new install date and the secretary on the phone told me “I was on her list of people to call and she would get back to me about a date.” Still no call back, called again for an install date and she gave me a temporary date but would call back. This would be a 0 star review if it was possible. Absolutely never use this company. They sent a subcontractor who obliterated my newly poured concrete, left concrete on newly poured asphalt, installed fence posts only a few inches into the ground, and left trash all over the place. After sending out a very helpful person who actually worked for Superior fence who tried to fix things - they were still unable to fix the concrete that the salesman told me "wouldn't even be noticeable because of the way we drill it".
