This company is awesome. We got a fence made by them for our backyard and they even took down and hauled off the old one. It took them 2 days only to put an entire fence up and the workers were awesome. Pj, Eagar, Kevin, and Stix were all awesome people and worked so hard to get this fence made.
This company sub contracted another company for the installation so the craftsmanship isn't part of my review however the customer service is. I will include both so you can understand. The installer is a new company and the owner I feel is a good person however the installation of my nearly $10,000 fence was sub par to say the least. The first thing was when they left for the night they left empty water bottles, nails and other debris in my yard. Customer follow up is sad almost non existent. This company needs to realize automation is not always the answer. I have tried to get a quote to no avail. Superior Fence and Rail ranks a one star in customer service. We have not even got to the fence or installation. Don’t understand why ?
