They installed my vinyl fence in 2023. Great sales, marginal install, horrible service. As the install began there must have been 11 or 12 latino laborers. None spoke English. The job supervisor showed up and told them what to do then left. When I noticed about halfway through the top of the post were all different heights I called the "supervisor". 11/21/2023 I’ve been working there. There is no team work going on at this business. Management seems to call communication babysitting. Now when there is teamwork going on in a business it can go all the way to the top. Once one person is not being a team player it messes up things. Keep baby sitting the ones you are baby sitting and see how productive you will be in new addition SFRAUGUSTA.
