Could of had better communication. Did not receive the level of personal service i was sold.
Highly recommended. Competitive prices and expert installers. Sales rep Kevin Rhodes was friendly and attentive, answering all my questions and made adjustments quickly during the estimate process. Communication was great, the website dashboard and texts/calls kept me informed while waiting and getting my install scheduled. And of course, Juan Alverez's installation crew was amazing.
