I have never had a worse experience with a company in forty years of home ownership. I ordered porch railings 3 months ago and still have not had the work done. After 2 months they tell me they ordered the wrong product and said they would have the right product and installed in 3 weeks. Still no work has been done. They never answer the phone or return messages. I have called several times but no one responds. Don’t go by the so called reviews because you will be sorry. Stay clear of this company.
Superior Fence did my install in February through Home Depot and literally everything that could go wrong did from the moment I paid, when it turned out that Superior by-passed Home Depot on the payment to keep for themselves, throughout the entire remainder of the install, which included installing 20' of pressure-treated pickets that had to be redone because I paid for cedar. Wish I could review the actual fence, however, it never went up. We had an install date of June 1 with a contract signed on May 25th. We hired so far in advance to ensure we had a fence before moving into our home. We had to call the day before the install date to be told that they wouldn't make that date. Ok, we thought a couple days later, NO we were told the next week.
