Amazing experience all around! Very communicative and professional. Bill, Tori, Andrew, and Luis' crew that did the actual install were awesome! They walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was going on and wanted to make sure I was informed every step of the way. I LOVE my new 6 ft privacy fence..it's BEAUTIFUL. So straight and even. Luis and his crew of 3 spent all day listening to my questions, explaining things, and fixing parts that my OCD saw..lol. They worked very hard non stop and we're done the same day...hand carried all the wood to my back yard...they were AMAZING guys to work with..they went over and above everything that I wanted...the guys even had a few surprises for me to fix a few concerns I had...my yard looks more finished now. The installation Crew was great. They were on time, very efficient, asked questions when required and cleaned up the area when they were done. The new fence looks great!
I appreciated all of the communication prior to install to be prepared and know what to expect.The day of crew was fantastic, they were on time, communicative, efficient and effective. They made sure to check in with me throughout the project if there were any particular questions so exactly what we needed was delivered.

They helped with the design and gave us great advice. We had some issues with the HOA and Superior was very patient and helpful. Once it came time for installation they were even better. They went above and beyond, even finishing in the snow flurries. Cleaned up and left us with a beautiful fence. I would use Superior again anytime!
