Wonderful experience with Matt and his crew! We had a bit of an odd job and they pulled it off in a timely manner and were great with communication throughout the project! Would definitely recommend!
Superior did a great job with my fence. Brittany was a great person to work with all through. She was always available and willing to answer any questions I had. And I had the pleasure to work with Matt for installation. He went above and beyond to make sure that the installation went smooth and it is as per my ask. We had Superior come out and install a fence in Sept of 2024. Overall the fence is great. It seems sturdy and looks nice. We did have to change our layout to avoid the power / cable boxes in our yard but we were OK with that and they came up with a plan we approved. December comes around we lose power! I called the electric company and they determine the fence (that was moved to avoid causing power issues) caused the outage. The concrete was too close to the wire and degraded it enough. We're very pleased with fence and installation crew, but communication was a problem. Our sales rep never confirmed a date that work would begin on our fence. We were given a total of 5 hour's notice that the crew was coming to remove the existing fence. Our sales rep knew I'd have to do some work to tear down part of the temporary solution we were using to keep our dogs in the existing fence. Because of the short notice, I had to take off of work and scramble to get the fence ready for removal before the crew arrived.
Just an absolutely fabulous company to work with. Professional. Prompt. Caring. Very responsive. I would highly recommend Superior to anyone thinking about a beautiful privacy fence.
