Worst service and quality! My fence broke after the first storm. I called to get it fixed and I never heard back from them. I've never left a bad review for any services I have used so this should tell you how disappointed I am.
Nick Amoroso quickly answered Yelp inquiry and made effort during first call to provide a virtual google map estimate of 2 sets of front gates. Unfortunately, insufficient customer service and lack in professionalism followed when additional emails sent by customer directly to company and voicemails requesting more specific details of estimate/material options provided in quote. No responses received and estimate contract expired.
If you are looking for competitive pricing and outstanding service, this is the fence and gate company for you. I had three bids and we chose Superior, for good reason. Our field supervisor Robert delivered top notch customer service. He was always available to us, was kind and professional. I highly recommend this company for many reasons.

Superior Fence is just amazing....incredible follow through, very professional and their prices are better than everyone else!!!! I used Superior Fence and Rail to install a safety rail on my thirty step steep driveway up to property. They completed the safety rails quickly and it is just right. Exactly what I wanted. Additionally, my front deck needed a gate. The gate is working great and matches the rest of the deck perfectly. Team was respectful, professional, friendly, and completed task to my liking.

Rob and his guys (with a special shout out to Kevin) did a fantastic job replacing our old fence on our property along the golf course with a new 6-foot high steel fence (picture 1), including going up a steep hill with solidly anchored posts and angling the cross beams to parallel the hill slope (picture 2). We had a sliding car gate that we thought would need to be replaced. Superior was able to repair it and it now works good as new. HIghly recommend them.

You will need a lot of patience with this company. Follow through is very poor starting with Chance the sales consultant up to Nick the owner. Trying to get answers to questions could take up to a week, and it will take time on your part. This was a small project with two gates and 9' of fencing. Service and price was great. They showed up on time and were fast and efficient. No surprises with the price or anything that was originally negotiated. I would recommend them for sure to anyone in Ventura county or the close proximity.
