The installation team was hard working and completed the job in amazing time and the fence and gate alike look outstanding.
I cannot say enough about Superior, from the estimate to installation was above and beyond. The installers were great and communicated with me throughout the installation I truly appreciated them and their work ethic absolutely love my new fence.
The entire process, from estimate tp installation was simple. Brian and his crew came as scheduled. They were able to expertly place the fence on the property line, quickly and efficiently. Brian took the time to show me where a previously unknown sprinkler line was located. The fence was installed and is of great quality. This is the 2nd time I have used Superior Fence and Rail and they have again demonstrated professionalism and a quality product at a great price.
After half my fence was installed on 1/2/2024, my neighbor's plants and bamboo trees were cut without her consent. I was working from home during the installation. Mike Crosby, the manager, was made aware, and was told per the fence installer than the damage had before done by the tree removal company that was there weeks ago. Awesome tan fence, Quality products, looks great. Gates are well constructed and secure. Entire job was completed in a timely manner.
Installers were polite, efficient and quick. My husband offered to buy them lunch and they said no thank you we are almost done. They took a five minute break to have water and a snack. Great job removing old fence and installing new. Would highly recommend Superior from start to finish.
We never had a fence installed before so we didn't know what to expect. Craig came out and explained the process. He listened to what we wanted and provided options. The folks in the office were friendly and efficient. Guillermo and his helper came out on a very hot day and got our fence installed in 3 1/2 hours. They did a great job -- the fence looks wonderful and they left the job site clean as a whistle. We certainly recommend Superior Fence and Rail!
