Review of Harold and Sebastian, today's second installers on my fencing project> They came on time unlike the last installers who were 5 hours later than expected. They understood initial problem ( the paint had been flaking off the actual fencing the first visit) and fixed it expertly and timely. I then noticed that last visit, the installers had put black AND blue screws on fence, and figured these should be white. The worst company ever. they installed a fence, at first i was happy then i failed the inspection. the owner is a little boy with no common sense. In fact, I would say this company is only capable of incompetence. They know what they did and they won't fix it. It cost me 8,000.00. If anyone is considering using them, forget it. I could have gotten two chimpanzees to do a better job.

The issue came from the above-ground pool you installed, which unfortunately did not pass inspection. We even spoke directly with the inspector to confirm this, and he told us you did not follow his guidance. We wouldn't use anyone but Superior! They were great from the first meeting, they came right out, we immediately (hours later) had an estimate sent to us online. We accepted, and they set up an online fence dashboard so we could see the progress of our installation. I don't know who set up that website but it's the easiest one I've ever used. This company is on it. Follow up is great and communication wonderful. Our fence is beautiful and we recommend Superior for all your fencing needs.
On the heals of Hurricane Ian, one can only imagine how hard it has been to reach out to contractors and actually get a response. That was NOT the case with Superior Fence and Rail. They were prompt responding to my inquiry. Brian cam out to the house as promised and on time. He provided an estimate which was in my opinion fair. We moved quickly to secure a spot on their schedule. I am happy to say that the destroyed portions of our fences (both Aluminum and vinyl) were replaced last Friday and look terrific. Chris in sales did a great job helping me with options. Juan and his partner did a great job on the install. The folks in the office who did all the paperwork and permitting helped a great deal walking me through the process. Thank you to a great team . And I love my new fence!
The pickets at the top of the fence we're cut wrong and not addressed. A panel is stained. Old posts not removed as agreed and they did not cut the post low enough and is sticking up in yard. Yard was left atrocious with dirt, trash, rocks, shavings, etc. I've spent many many hours trying to clean and fix the mess. Broke an irrigation line that flooded lot next door.
