Quick and easy move in and out.
The lady was very helpful, but couldn’t understand her a lot of the times because of the acoustics on the room. Also, I didn’t feel like I really knew what I was signing. I felt a little rushed on that part.

The lady on the phone was nice. I did not care for the process of having to use the phone instead of having a person there to show the units. The fact that there may not be carts available on the floor in the building where the unit is located is an issue.

We're glad to hear that you found our staff to be nice. There are carts located at the entrance of every door at our facilities. Sometimes tenants do not put them back in the correct places however the majority of the time they are in the correct spot.

I drove up to the office which was being painted. But, Adam used my phone and called his office to get me started so I could rent that day. Zac remotely walked me through to the storage space I'd be renting. Remotely unlocked so I could take a look. Then helped me rent it right then and there so I could get one on the 1st floor. I'm disabled and that made everything much easier. They made the whole process seamless. Not to mention how nice and clean the facility is. So far so good.
