Very affordable storage options for any family in search of something fast and easy. Jessica is the sweetest and always helps us figure things out. She helped us pick the best unit for our family needs and continues to reach out every month to help us make on time payments or work with us if we run late one month. We’ve had our unit for a few months now and it’s been a great experience! Well kept facility and friendly staff.
We are super pleased with storing our extra household stuff at Superior Storage! The manager Jessica Thomas is very nice and organized. Made us feel welcomed. She keeps the office and outside area clean and safe .
To date, Superior storage by far has been one of the best facilities for storage that I’ve used. They have plenty of security, which is more than adequate. The facility is always neat and clean and easy to access.. whenever my family and I go there to Place items in our unit Jessica is always there to greet us with a friendly smile And help us with whatever we need. Our kids just love Jessica to death and can’t wait to see her whenever we’re there. Thank you Jessica for everything that you do. Our family appreciates you.
Jessica is the best! She was able to get me in same-day I needed to start moving. The place is nice and clean and has the best security. Overall everything is great!
Tried doing most of the transaction on my phone, but felt uneasy that something was not complete. In about 10 minutes I was contacted by the office manager in Brunswick. She introduced herself and proceeded to take me through all the steps I needed to know and we got the transaction completed and all was explained. She went to the unit I have rented, took pictures, sowed me where she placed the lock and to clip the plastic tie. I wish every place I do business with had a Jessica.
