These people are wonderful. I rented a unit online for my daughter. The location however without a car, is not the most convenient. The manager totally understood and refunded me the fees I had originally paid, no questions asked. I highly recommend this storage facility! Being in California and renting a storage unit in Wisconsin was quick and easy. Very best customer service ever. Thank you.

Very efficient staff, and very friendly. The units are very clean and spacious. The climatized units are on the 1st floor, which is so convenient. They are behind a surrounding that requires a code, and it appears very safe! I know our experience here will be so much better than the storage we had in SCOTTSDALE Arizona prior to moving here. We are very pleased!

Tammy in the office is very nice. We needed a place to store our travel trailer and she had one space left. She let us go look at the space before committing, to make sure it would work for us. Once we decided she went through the paperwork and gave us all the information we needed. she had us all set up in a very short time. The facility is clean and well kept looking and plenty of cameras. My husband's daughter has a space here too and they highly recommended as well.
