My experience with my agent, Randy Wright overall is excellent. However, I did have to wait for an extended period for the car to be washed, which was disappointing due to the slow and incompetent service from the cleaning staff.

We are very satisfied with the service and treatment that we get at superstitious Springs Lexus. From the time we roll in, and our greeted, and then met by our service consultant. We are just received well. The location is very clean and they make us very comfortable if we decide to wait. And there is always time to look for a new Lexus or what Lexus has out that is new.

Had to replace the battery. Great quick service. Shout out to the tech that washed my car, they did a fantastic job. All in all a very good experience.
