When thinking about service, for me it's really an all encompassing experience. From the moment I contacted SSL to my arrival, everyone was cordial and quick. Service was great but they didn't find the disconnected panel behind the right rear tire. I took it back and Shane sent me to the bodyshop which is about 7 miles away. They fixed it in a jiffy.

Randy at Superstition Lexus was wonderful to me. I drove there with no appointment from Earnhardt Toyota. Toyota had told me the cemetrtrial marks in my garage were from my neighbors sprinklers. They had done a struts replacement 6 months ago. I have the same marks in my garage before and after Toyotas repair. Randy put my Lexus 2010 HS 250 on a rack and showed me the marks are from condensation from the air conditioner. It is questionable whether I needed the struts for $999. Garage marks stil
