Philip was very courteous & friendly, proceeded to transfer lexus records (warranty & service records) to Superstiition Springs database & check mtce history & service needed on my "new" lexus. Mtce was performed & reviewed, Philip answered all my queries about mtce performed & future inspections. Very well pleased as to my visit.

-Always provide an inspection report of the vehicle. Not provided !! -at appointment, they said they would do a recall on front door handles. Did not perform..said they had no parts. -asked the service manager to change the cabin filter, didn't do it. -different service discharged my car. The original service manager apparently went home for the day. Robert Savoy
