Great, professional service. Comfortable waiting area. Timely
Delfino was great! He showed us the cars we wanted to see, answered all our questions, and ultimately led us to the right car for us. We never felt pressured and really appreciated his help during and after the sale.
very thorough, explained details and need for what they did. car runs like a new Lexus at 22 years old.
good service. Kind and visit is short. Pleasure
My car was in and out efficiently
A little pricey but always helpful.
Excellent support, great communication and a level of service I have not experienced at other dealerships. Chris, my concierge was spectacular.
After having our battery replaced and paid for it, we were given the receipt, walked out and drove away in our Lexus. We didn't realize we were not given the key fob when given our receipt (forgot my wife had extra fob in her purse), by the time we got home we got a call/text saying we left our fob there. We didn't leave it there, it wasn't handed to us. Fortunately we live just a few miles away and I had to drive back. Otherwise it was a satisfactory experience.
Very prompt at accomplishing the 30,000 mile service. Shane is great to work with and makes going to the service department enjoyable.
