I love the option to make an appointment to plan service. Very nice waiting room and accommodations. Service managers have been helpful, but I've had 3 different managers in the past year or so.

Our service guy was great. The fact that they charge 3%when you use a credit card was outrageous. Hard to do business with a company like that. There are other options.
