Parts were ordered in advance and received in time for my service appointment. Loaner car was available as agreed. Everything was great.

Always an amazing experience.
I took it in because of an intermittent starting issue. The only thing they found was a slightly low output from the alternator. They replaced it (~ $1400). The problem still exists!
