We had carpeting replaced in 2 of our bedrooms by Supreme and we are very happy with the results. We worked with Frank and he was very helpful, the prices were great and the installers did a fantastic job! We would definitely buy flooring from here again!

Great carpeting but the guy who installed it took a piece of our vinyl planking & cut a hole in it to demonstrate what our flooring would look like in another area. He didn’t ask to cut a hole in our flooring we had for another room nor did we ask for a demonstration of anything. I called saying he destroyed our flooring that he had no business even touching & the guy on the phone said he didnt really see the problem & there was nothing he could do. So now our flooring for our other room is destroyed for no reason
I do not recommend this place. Bought the carpet, and when it came to installing it, I talked to the scheduler and set up a date. Called on the date it was supposed to be installed because no one had shown up, and was told it was in the books for the next week. This place is a joke!! Nobody communicates with the customer, nobody communicates with the installer. I'm beyond pissed because I was told the carpet would be here, so I scheduled my move to coordinate with the carpet install. Now my furniture is sitting in my garage... read more
Shannon came out and measured all of my rooms for new flooring. I received a call on my machine asking if I could remove the carpeting myself so they could inspect the subfloor. I am a 73 old women with bad knees. how could they expect me to remove furniture and carpeting?????? Supreme has 3 different stores and they do not provide this service??????????
