Dalton Silva and his crew were amazing. Their preparation of the house for new siding was meticulous. James Hardie siding was put up and16 new windows were installed without a problem. New gutters were installed. We asked for suggestions about paint colors for the stucco and then came home to find the suggestions painted on the stucco for us to decide on. They then painted the stucco, front door and garage doors. The also installed a new storm door. This was not in the original estimate but Dalton got it done with no problem... read more
Wish I could post pictures of the (many) holes in the siding, metal trim dents and holes, discoloring. A piece of trim fell out, wasn't nail, just wedge in. Pieces of Hardie board and nails in the yard, The crew tried to work in the dark. Other issues too.
