I have had no issue other than amazing service from this office! Very very pleased.
Dr. T absolutely saved my life--maybe literally . I was borderline diabetic; had very sore knees and ankles; and various other weight related illnesses. Thanks to Dr. T, I lost 120 lbs. over a couple of years and have been able to keep it off for 7 years. Now I am looking for someone to do a full tummy tuck. Gastric Bypass is scary to think about but it was the best money I have ever spent. I would definitely recommend Dr. T Duncan to anyone.

Dr. Duncan literally saved my life. I had been having thyroid problems and when my ENT and I started talking about surgery, I asked if he operated using lapriscopally and he said know and I wanted Lapriscopally done. He recommended Dr. Titus Duncan. Dr. DUNCAN SENT ME FOR A RADIOACTIVE TEST ON MY thyroid and it turned out it SHOWED I HAD 2 TUMOURS. HE OPERATED AND TOOK MY right Thyroid out and one Parathyroid and Thank God is was benign. It's back 5 years later and hewill perform my surgery.
I would recommend Dr. Duncan because of the level of care that I received when going into his office. From the very first day on the phone while speaking with his staff to the surgical procedure that I received, his staff was nothing but caring and very professional.
I was surprised I was allowed to have this surgery, because I wasn’t given any pre op instructions or classes. After the initial surgery I needed a revision. 7/3/18, I needed emergency care and was told to wait until after the holiday (7/3/18) and contact them later. I ended up being transferred to SRMC for emergency surgery. 2 bowel obstructions, 1 leakage of POOP into my abdomen, and 2 procedures to drain liver lesions. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional office I have ever been to!!!! There is absolutely no professionalism and communication amongst the office staff which is ridiculous. No one knows what's going on. The wait times are horrendous and there is no concern for your time! I have placed numerous calls to no avail left several voice messages and I have not received one returned phone call which is outrageous. I haven't heard from Nicki and several messages were left!

Dr Titus seems like a good doctor based on the reviews about him. However I wouldn't know because I have yet to be able to meet him because I have yet to be scheduled for surgery! It makes me upset to read reviews where people have gone through the process so smoothly within 6 months and j have yet to get my paperwork submitted. The office staff has blames tricare but tricare has NEVER received the claim not does it take tricare 6 months to approve claims. I have called and called, I'm over it.

This person left my niece with NO BACK-UP bariatric surgeons on-call while he went OUT OF THE COUNTRY. This was after he performed FOUR... F-O-U-R surgeries during one of which She coded! She was left in ICU at a sub-standard hospital and he had NO bariatric surgeon on call for my sister or the hospital staff to call. I am confident my 29 yo niece would have either died or been permanently disabled were it not for the constant presence of my sister to oversee her care.

This review is very concerning. While HIPAA regulations prevent us speaking publicly about any specific situation, we must say categorically that no patient of record has ever "coded" under our care. Furthermore, we have one of the lowest complication rates in the country. We are happy to hear concerns, but fabricated claims of this nature don't really help anyone. Thanks and best wishes.
I have been calling Dr. Duncan’s office since April 2018, Trying to get in touch with the person that handles scheduling. She has neglected to get back to me regarding my clearances. I have been leaving phone messages and email with no responses. I can’t believe that a doctor who came so highly recommended to me has office staff like this that disregards his patients. I am sure Dr. Duncan is a great surgeon but his staff is very neglectful and has forgotten the most important thing the patient.
