Dr. Nguyen and his staff went above and beyond for this scared mother. My daughter came in with a scary cyst that was needing removal. Dr Nguyen and his staff did everything to educate, prepare and comfort my daughter and I for this procedure. Post surgery the anesthesiologist, staff and Dr. Nguyen provided me with updates, findings and offered support for any questions I may have for care following her surgery. Dr. Nguyen is professional, skilled and thorough. I particularly appreciate his kindness and generosity. He had to tell me things I didn’t want to hear which he did with great compassion. On the day of my surgery not only did he visit me but he brought two of his staff members with him. They raised my spirits no end.
The Dr. was fantastic! I was informed in detail about everything prior to it happening. It was pain free and they actually are genuine. Jodie is also excellent! Very caring and informative.

So professional.... We walked in a little early, they greeted us, took my son back, made him comfortable and very were effective. We were in and out in 45 minutes. And our Dr called in person later to ask how my son was doing. I highly recommend SOIC...!!!!

I was a new referral to this practice, I was having a painful issue, I called and spoke with the receptionist, she was very polite and attentive. She arranged for me to come in the same day to see Dr Nguyen. I came in for my appointment, they already had my referral and xrays, I got checked in and barely waited before they brought me back to a room.
