When we started the official process of locking down the rate until closing, the process was smooth, efficient and we finished loan documents several days before closing which was a relief while construction was finishing up. Susan's strengths lie with her responsiveness regardless of time or day of the week. She responded to our email/text super fast. ' Rough start but things got better once we decided to go with Susan. We are first time buyers and not well-versed with rate locks, when to lock rate, what it might mean if we locked and close is delayed due to construction, and how long the rate lock is for. Susan provided alot of great info in her email but we'd have appreciated the rate lock process.
