We were recommended by our Real Estate Agent and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. After the initial telephone interview, most of our contact was by email. Any questions we had were quickly answered (most of the time by emails but towards the close of the loan process there were some telephone contact). The process for the documents to be uploaded was easy.
