She was really helpful to me. By explain all the paper work that I was required to have. She also take some of her personal time to meet all the requirements that I was needed for the loan. If I'd had listened to her wonderful advise from the beginning, I'd saved us the terrible mistake of doing business with an online mortgage lender (not recommended to anyone!)
