This office is extremely difficult to deal with. I had two wisdom teeth extracted at the beginning of June. They have zero care for any level of pain. I was left in excruciating pain, and difficulty sleeping for weeks. office phones never work. It was 45 minutes one day after their office opened that they started taking calls. 5 days post operation.. my face is still swollen. I have a knot that follows my jaw line and goes to my neck. My teeth ache. I still can’t open my mouth much. Still haven’t been able to eat real food. Ibuprofen doesn’t help. Hot compresses don’t help. Icing doesn’t helps. Massaging the tissue doesn’t help. I’m in literally so much pain. I give ONE star, because 0 stars is not an option. I need major oral surgery & a week ago, they offered to help work with Gateway to get me scheduled. Today on a follow-up, the woman said that they won't do anything & I need to get a decent job so I can get proper health care coverage (I'm in the disability queue, so while I'd LIKE to be working, it's no longer an option!)
Main doctor is an huge jerk with major anger issues. He even threw his dental tools down on the tray in anger when working on my friend. Terrible place to go to for dental work.
