HR doesn't seem to care about employee concerns and often just backs up management, regardless of fairness. Worst company to work with. 2 years back I joined this company hoping for an upgrade in my career, but ended up working like a slave for the management. Management getting worse day by day, they give you unwanted mental pressure rather than providing an actual healthy work place. HR team is the worst, they act like hearing your problems and backstab you.
