I hate a great experience at the dealership. The service coordinators were friendly, helpful and understanding. They were happy to discuss and not pressure me into any services that were not critically needed.

They were on time, I didn't wait for my appointment. They questioned why I was there for a routine service and then added another need to be done asap, that had never been mentioned previously. Very courteous and polite.
