My sales person was great. However, I wish the staff was more friendly and welcoming. When I entered the building no one greets or even acknowledged me. However, the deal and the process of purchasing and trading my old vehicle was good. They worked hard and did their best to meet my requirements.
I must say this was on e of the smoothest transactions ever! From the moment I pulled up into Nissan until I left was a great experience for me! And I walked away a satisfied customer with a brand new car!! Thank You Nissan!!
I brought my car in for servicing fully expecting to get a high price for the repair. I was fortunate to encounter the same sales rep, Robert, who had been the lead on my last service repairs. After the diagnostic review was done it was determined the leak I had come in for was a result of a washer that had failed from the last repair. I was charged nothing and even had my car washed. In this day and age the honesty I encountered at Premier Nissan was a pleasant surprise. Robert is wonderful to work with.
After I totaled my 2022 Sentra in January and walking away from it and being told I couldn’t drive for a while, I took plenty of time to research a lot of different vehicles. After doing so I just couldn’t pass up getting another Sentra. We meet with Josh and sales manager “Q” and explained my situation. My experience was terrific! Rob took such great care of me . The service was exceptional and the work was phenomenal. I would highly recommend Nissan to all of my loved ones. Rob went over everything with me and even reached out to see what options best fit my needs. I love this place. The people are awesome.
