She was very attentive and responsive, including weekends, being out of town, and late night/early mornings. Suzanna's level of customer service is unmatached! Her communication is very thorough and timely...not once did I feel as though she had forgotten me...she has a way of making you feel as though you are her top client which I greatly appreciate. I received several offers to do business with other lenders yet proceeded with Suzanna based on her stellar reputation!
