Suzanne was very pleasant and helpful. I liked that she invited me to the office to discuss a question that I had. Despite this I felt confused on several matters. Because of the way the loans were structured, I felt that the loan payback system and fees were unclear and cost much more than our initial meeting. We did not get a menu of services to select from, and during the process the interest rate went up. There was also a surprise capital improvement fund added the day of closing.

The service Suzanne provides is face to face and personal and 2nd to none. I, prior to meeting Suzanne had engaged with a national online mortgage provider and quickly realized their service and ability to deal with local markets was lackluster at best.
