Dr. Swarm no longer own’s the company and it shows the moral down the new vets are not compassionate like Dr. Swaim. The new vets are just money hungry. I took my sick and dying cat there and they wouldn’t even touch her for less than $200.00 which I paid stupidly and it included nothing oh I mean they rubbed her tummy and looked in ears and eyes stuff like that but if I really wanted to find out what was wrong with her I would have to pay for every single precedure. GO SOMEWHERE THAT LOVES ANIMALS NOT MONEY!!!!!! They lied in their medical records and may have cost my daughter's dog his life due to not being forthright in their information.....but of course they got a few thousand dollars for a surgery so I am sure it was a win to them. The surgery would not have been necessary if her poor baby has progressed cancer and could have caused his small time on earth to be much more comfortable not to have surgery. Their policy for walk-in appointments is horrendous. After an hour+ I realized I’d never make it to the front of the queue because the put every scheduled appointment ahead of me instead of actually working me in. I decided to go here because weave used you for years, but you’ve lost a customer today. Also, who recommends FeLV and FIV at 12 weeks?! I know they can have a positive result with antibodies but there’s no age restriction on the tests.

I am so disappointed. Swaim's has been my vet provider for past 2 years. Today, I called them to ask about bringing in my 2 dogs just to get their claws clipped, because I like the way a particular tech does them (she takes off a lot of length). I was told, "no problem", and that I could bring them in without an appointment. I drove 25 mins to get there and signed them in. 30 mins later, I was still waiting and checked at the counter to make sure it was okay to just bring them in to have their claws clipped. I have been going to swaims for a long time and I never had a problem till Aug 30 I took mine dogs in one had a Lil hair loss the other upset tummy . They said all healthy then came the NEXTGARD . I ask the guy was it safe I've always used all natural flea remedies . He said yes 100 percent safe . I should have known better 3 hrs after taking nextgard poison my male dropped dead ! My husband gave him CPR and revived him. I took him back to your vet and was told it was not nextgard. You had no explanation why my healthy dogs ... read more
