Project manager was a general contractor not a pool person. You do not know the quality of the work until it is done then it is too late. Concrete has large dark blotches in a few places. I think it?s because concrete wasn?t mixed thoroughly leaving an inconsistent color. Looks bad. Developed a crack within the first couple of weeks and was told nothing could be done. Concrete around top of spa is crooked and inconsistent. Amateur job. My neighbor?s was done around the same time (different company) and is perfectly straight.... read more

Design was good but subcontractors did not follow design. It had to be redone. 1st project manager was horrible but we have a new one now who is much better.

We have almost completed this project and we are very happy with the results. Swan Pools met all expectations including getting to us very fast after we submitted our original request.
