This is our second experience working with Swan Pools and like the last time, they did an outstanding job! From the excavating crew to the masons, electricians and plumbers, all do amazing high quality work. Our Project Manager Johnny, did an exceptional job keeping everyone on schedule. He was very pleasant to work with and kept a very steady demeanor when faced with the challenges that arose. I highly recommend him. Great job Swan!
We had been wanting to build a pool for years but the timing had not worked out until well after labor and material costs had essentially doubled for everyone. We went with Swan because of its reputation. There are many ways in which a pool build can go wrong. Join a FB group for first time pool builders and you will see exactly how costly it can be if the company is not experienced. It was great
Swan built our pool on time, within budget, and it came out beautiful. We would highly recommend them.
Initial follow through by sales excellent and always on time. Good pople to work with and for the most part work was done when told it would be done.
Project manager was a general contractor not a pool person. You do not know the quality of the work until it is done then it is too late. Concrete has large dark blotches in a few places. I think it?s because concrete wasn?t mixed thoroughly leaving an inconsistent color. Looks bad. Developed a crack within the first couple of weeks and was told nothing could be done. Concrete around top of spa is crooked and inconsistent. Amateur job. My neighbor?s was done around the same time (different company) and is perfectly straight.... read more

Design was good but subcontractors did not follow design. It had to be redone. 1st project manager was horrible but we have a new one now who is much better.
