Dr. Swann, his PA and nurse were all fantastic and informative. They put me at ease. The shot I was dreading because it had hurt like the devil when my doctor gave me one to do a biopsy in her office was easy peasy when Dr. Swanns nurse gave me the shots! I apologize, but I can't remember her name, Autumn I think? The PA Nathan actually did my procedure. Helpful, kind, informative and reassuring.
I was in the exam room by my appointment time. The exam started with in a couple minutes. The exam was very thorough and completed with care. The necessary test were completed. The staff was excellent!
