My experience here is always good. Wait time was ten minutes. Information was reviewed, and Autumn was there immediately. I know that I am in good hands with her and /or Dr. Swann. The new office is gorgeous by the way.
We didn't have to wait long in the waiting room which is nice. The staff was very nice and helpful as my dad is in a wheelchair and when taken back to a room we wasnt in there very long. They make you feel comfortable which my elderly farther enjoyed as he hates being rushed.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, answering all my questions and explaining everything that would take place. I was given clear instructions for follow up care
