The staff was very professional but with compassion. They treated me like a friend, making sure I was comfortable during and afterwards. I was at both locations, the office in Springfield and the office in Hollister and the girls were so nice. My nose has healed up nicely with very little obvious scaring. Yes I would recommend this dermatologist and his staff - they are great.
Dr. Swann and his staff go to great lengths to make patients feel secure and comfortable with procedures. I had Mohs surgery and was pleasantly surprised with the steps taken to put me at ease and take care of my skin cancer. The entire process was so much better than I anticipated.
I am so pleased with Swann Dermatology. They have met all my expectations. I am impressed with their skin care products too. I totally trust their expertise! I highly recommend them.
