Everyone in the office was very friendly and if you made eye contact with someone they would smile. The Dr. Assistant was very friendly and helped me to not be scared. PA was very thorough and friendly.

Very professional. Extremely nice. Dr. Swan and his staff let me know exactly what was going on. Explained everything ahead of time. I recently went back for a6 month checkup. And as usual, I got excellent service. It saddens me to hear LeAnn Holder will no longer be there. She is great and I wish her the best in her next adventure.
I already have a dermatologist, but had a biopsy that was positive for basal cell carcinoma, so needed surgery & Dr Swann does the Mohs micrographic surgery where they slice off a small bit of the cancer and look at it and then take another slice until their is no remaining cancer cells. Dr Swann is also trained to do reconstructive surgery. I just had the surgery a day ago, so haven't even had bandages off yet, so will have to wait to tell how pleased I am with the results, but can tell you the office staff were professi... read more
