RecommendedFirst of all I was late for my appointment so I felt flustered when I arrived because that’s really bad form when showing up to a new salon for the first time. Nicholas assured me it was totally fine and gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. Mind you it was a COVID rats nest of messy damaged and greying hair that hadn’t been dealt with in about 11 months! RecommendedLoved my experience with Norman. He was warm, friendly, attentive, and approachable. He really took his time to understand my hair texture/tendency to frizz, and showed me how to style my new ‘do two different ways: curly via diffuser, and then smoothed out with soft waves. I told him my concerns about using too much heat with curling irons/straightening irons, and he was able to do his magic without using either.
