The service department and service people are all friendly and courteous never had a problem , iam very happy with their service
I'm a new home owner just getting the hang of things. Gina was extremely patient with me. She has been so helpful and such a pleasure to speak with I really appreciated it. All of my questions were answered and all of my requests were granted very quickly. The last company I was with was not helpful and they were always short and rude with me on the phone, so I really know the difference now. I did also speak to 2 other Sweezy personel on the phone and they were also very courteous.
Tony came to the house for an estimate on getting central a/c in our home. This was our first central a/c to be installed. Tony took the time to explain many diff aspects of the two central air systems. We had 2 other companies come in for estimates-but Tony gave us the most info. And he also did not pressure us to sign something like another company did. The team then came to the house to install. From the phone operator to the technician -who identified the problem of a slab leak in the heating system - to the Master Plumber (Chas 53) who fixed the problem, Sweezy's people couldn't have responded in a more timely, concerned and capable fashion.
