Ryan came out on Monday (Feb 16).He spent maybe an hour investigating the issue and troubleshooting - all for NO CHARGE! He wrote it up as an estimate. He let us know one of the two heating elements no longer worked. Received the estimate for replacement on Feb 18. RecommendedWe had a faucet leak when we hooked up our outdoor water timer. We wanted to use a local plumber and Swift was recommended to us. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate with potentially a repair. The technician arrived on time and after assessing our 50 year old faucet recommended a replacement. It’s a frost fee faucet so he had to open a section of an interior wall to complete the installation. RecommendedI was having new flooring put in the kitchen/laundry room. When they moved the washer and dryer out to replace flooring the valve to the washer was turned off. It was bad and started leaking to the tune of five gallons in less than an hour!! I called Swift and Troy came right out, replaced the faucet and thank goodness! It could have ruined the brand new flooring that was just going in!! Well done!!
