This company is unethical. They have poor communication. We signed a contract back in October 2020, and now it is June 2021 with no end insight. Every step takes about 3 months to be completed. Their workers speak no English. We call every day for a timeline, and none seems to know when our pool is going to be completed. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
They cut all the electrical lines and water lines to the whole neighborhood and would not take responsibility for it or pay. We had to pay for all the repairs and damage so we would not get sued. They sent an 79 year old man, who told me he had just gotten here from Cuba to work on the underground pipes! It took over a year to finish this pool and now it is leaking for the second time and they won't answer the phone or respond to my texts.
