This a horrible company. When you sign a contract with them and are still paying them, they will respond right away when they need a check, but when you are having any problems with the pool they take weeks to respond. Just under a year after the deck final inspection passed, two of the brick fell while my son was walking and almost broke his foot. This company is by far the worst business decision I have ever made. They are outright liars. They gave me time frame of 14 weeks to complete my new construction pool. I paid my deposit in May of 2020.They cashed my check in July of 2020 and didn't start digging until October 1st, 2020. The workers only worked 3 or 4 hours a day and only 2 or 3 days a week......and it was not every week. They would go a week or 2 without any work.
